These pins are made of polymer clay with a layer of resin on their back to secure the pin needles and to add structural strenght. While polymer clay is durable, please do not handle with force, don't drop or throw it into your bag or jewellery box.

Polymer clay is waterproof, but please avoid long term contact with water, do not swim or shower with your jewelry on.

Avoid contact with perfume or chemicals.

If your pin would get stained, clean with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. If the part is resin coated, only use baby wipes on the area.

Choking hazard: keep away from the reach of children, not suitable under the age of 10.

No fault returns:

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please note that for no fault returns, return postage is payable by the buyer. Refund is only processed upon the receipt of the product in original, unused condition. For no-fault returns, only the price of the item is refundable. Original postage fees will not be refunded. 

Return / Refund of faulty items: 

While we try our best to deliver each product to you without faults, mishaps during shipping can happen. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your product(s). You are required to provide proof of the damages (e.g. pictures). For faulty items, refund is provided for both the price of the item and the original postage fees - except when your order contained multiple products but less than 50% of the order is damaged - in that case postage will not be refunded.
